We did photo shoot with Camie, a 6 month Australian Shepherd looking for her forever home. Camie has quite the backstory, as told by her foster mom, Kendra:
“Camie is a sweet, gentle 6 month old Mini Australian Shepherd.  She was found wandering in Gladwin and picked up by animal control.  She was in rough shape, caked in dirt and urine soaked. She was extremely scared and skittish when we brought her into the rescue. We quickly found out she was blind and that’s when we were able to really start working with her, getting her comfortable with cuddles, baths and stairs. She has the most gentle disposition and loves to be with people and the dogs and cats in her foster home. She is playful and likes to run outside in the grass and lay in the sunshine. Camie was recently diagnosed as epileptic and we are working to get her meds correct to control her seizures. This spunky little girl is a fighter and has a lot to offer the person lucky enough to adopt her.”
